This is the current project I have been assigned at work. Unfortunately it is in terrible shape (the building might collapse after the next wind storm or major snowfall) so instead of restoring it... my assignment is to knock it down and salvage the wood for future restoration jobs. An awesome project... but a cool building with a ton of history that will be no more come next week. At least I can take photos to preserve it's memory.

on October 12, 2014WOW, wonderful capture. Photography is all about preservation. Even when it's gone, we still have the proof that it was there and the memory. Just like when you shoot a flower for it's beauty, it will soon be gone but memory is still there. Shoot away!!!
